Abstract
Maqolada homiladorlikda qalqonsimon bez fiziologiyasining xususiyatlari, subklinik gipotireozning (SGT) ta'rifi va diagnostik mezonlari, uning homiladorlik asoratlari va homila neyrorivojlanishiga ta'siri, shuningdek levotiroksin bilan davolash bo'yicha zamonaviy ma'lumotlar tahlil qilingan. Tireoid autoimmunitet va yod tanqisligining ahamiyati alohida yoritilgan. Adabiyotlar tahlili SGT, ayniqsa tireoperoksidazaga antitanachalar bilan birga kelganda, homila yo'qotilishi va muddatidan oldingi tug'ruq xavfini oshirishini ko'rsatadi. Davolash esa tireotrop gormon darajasi va antitanachalar holatiga qarab individual tanlanishi lozim.
