Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ijtimoiy tashvish buzilishini kognitiv xulq yondashuvi asosida korreksiya qilish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ilmiy manbalar tahlili, tarixiy va zamonaviy nazariyalar, mintaqaviy va milliy olimlar ishlari, empirik tadqiqotlar natijalari va amaliyotda qo‘llanilishi keng yoritiladi. Kognitiv xulqiy terapiyaning ijtimoiy tashvishni kamaytirish va shaxsning psixologik holatini yaxshilashdagi roli, samaradorligi hamda mavjud ilmiy bahslar chuqur tahlil qilinadi.
