Abstract

Ushbu maqolada birinchi tip qandli diabet (I-tip QD) bilan kasallangan bolalarda barmoq naqshlari va kaft chiziqlarining morfologik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotda dermatoglifik belgilar: barmoq uchlari naqshlari (loop, whorl, arch), kaft chiziqlari konfiguratsiyasi va atd burchagi sog‘lom bolalar guruhi bilan taqqoslandi. Natijalar diabetga chalingan bolalarda ayrim dermatoglifik ko‘rsatkichlarda sezilarli o‘zgarishlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu o‘zgarishlar embrional rivojlanish davridagi genetik va epigenetik omillar bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkin. Olingan natijalar dermatoglifik belgilarni I-tip diabetni erta aniqlashda qo‘shimcha skrining marker sifatida qo‘llash imkoniyatini ko‘rsatadi.
