Abstract
Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida mehnat bozori transformatsiyasining asosiy yo‘nalishlari, omillari va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy oqibatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda avtomatlashtirish, sun’iy intellekt, platforma iqtisodiyoti va masofaviy bandlikning mehnat bozori tuzilmasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, inson kapitali, raqamli kompetensiyalar va malaka nomutanosibligi muammosi ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Maqolada global va milliy mehnat bozori o‘zgarishlari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitida raqamli transformatsiyaning xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mehnat bozori moslashuvchanligini oshirish, ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish va bandlik siyosatini takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
