Abstract

Sud-tibbiy ekspertizalar va jinoyatlarni tergov qilish sohasida DNK markerlarining qo‘llanilishi so‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda katta taraqqiyotga erishdi. Zamonaviy genetik texnologiyalar, xususan, STR (Short Tandem Repeat), SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) va Y-STR markerlari, sud-tibbiy identifikatsiya jarayonini aniq, tezkor va yuqori ishonch bilan amalga oshirish imkonini beradi. DNK markerlarining aniqligi va barqarorligi sud jarayonida shaxsni identifikatsiya qilish, genetik moslikni tekshirish va genetik profiling yaratishda markaziy ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada DNK markerlarining zamonaviy imkoniyatlari, sud-tibbiy identifikatsiya jarayonidagi qo‘llanilishi, mavjud metodlar, ularning afzallik va cheklovlari hamda kelajakdagi istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi.
